Match Report

Moreton Hall U16 0 Ipswich Warriors 4 Both teams were evenly matched for the first thirty minutes with excellent keeping for Hall by Jake Devereux. Tim Francis in his first game for Hall was bright down the left side. Hall captain Sean Cole had some good chances but two well taken goals by Warriors saw Hall trailing at Half Time. Man of the match Michael Hickman cleared off the line and a fine display from Joe Fitzsimons was almost capped with a goal. He took the ball past two players did all the hard work but pulled his shot wide. James Briars battled well in midfield and never gave up. Warriors scored two late goals to finish the game.
